in Alsheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo in north-west Syria at a large and crowded party. This institution, which is the second established by the PYD in Aleppo, is the first to publicly teach the Kurdish language. The crowd of over one thousand men and women, shouted, sang and danced with national songs, they brought photos of Abdalla Ocelan, PYD flags, and signs demanding the recognition of Kurds in the Constitution and of the importance of the Kurdish language.
The courses are to be started on 3 October 2011, they will be free, and will be based on the a curriculum of Kurdish Institutes in Turkey.
